Can't log in? Use these troubleshooting methods and support contacts.

After downloading the app and completing the registration form, your account is activated instantly.  Content should begin playing within 15 minutes after it completes it's initial download.  If you have signed up our website only, please make sure to register on the app.  This is a two step process and this is potentially where emails get mixed up.  We are working on streamlining this in our next release.

If you already have registered on the app, make sure you are logging in with the correct email. ie: the email you registered with the app, not the website sign up form.

If you're unable to log in, try closing the app then restarting it. If that doesn't work, try using the password reset feature below the log in fields.
