Connect your Tablet to the Internet by using your phone's Mobile Hotspot

Mobile hotspot allows you to share your phone's internet connection with other devices, such as a tablet. Here's how to tether your Android phone or Apple iPhone to an Android tablet:

Android Phone to Android Tablet:
  1. On your Android phone, go to Settings > Network & internet > Hotspot & Tethering.
  2. Turn on the "Mobile Hotspot" toggle switch.
  3. On your Android tablet, go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
  4. Look for the name of your phone under "Available Networks" and tap on it.
  5. Enter the password for your mobile hotspot and tap "Connect."

Apple iPhone to Android Tablet:
  1. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular.
  2. Tap on "Personal Hotspot" and turn it on.
  3. On your Android tablet, go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
  4. Look for the name of your iPhone under "Available Networks" and tap on it.
  5. Enter the password for your mobile hotspot and tap "Connect."
Please note that tethering will use your phone's data.  Typically RIDEPLAY tv uses less than 2 GB/ month.
